2nd Dan

Graham started training with Mod-Ka karate in 1983 and achieved 2nd Dan in 1991. He trained with the club for 12 years during which time he taught children and adults alike.He entered many competitons and took part in various seminars, courses and wepons training.

Graham is also a champion at archery. In 1991 he was chosen for the England team for the European Championships in Germany in which England won. In the same year he was part of the wiining England team at the UK Chapionships in Inverness and came 3rd in the individuals. In 1998 he was National champion in Buckinghamshire and in 2000 entered the European Championships in Scotland. In 2002 he was second in the National Championships at Red Rose in Bedfordshire. He competed in the World and European Championships in Scotland in 2002.

Graham had a break from archery in 2002 but re-started in 2010.

Michelle started training in Martial Arts in 1979. Due to the school closing she then joined Mod-ka Karate in 1989, where she trained for 11 years and gained her 2nd Dan in 1997. Michelle also taught the adults and children of the club, and took part in many demonstrations, workshops and seminars where Escrima, Bow and various weapons were taught.

In 2007 Michelle and Ondie set up Genki-Jutsu Karate / Fitness school, bringing the best of both worlds – karate and fitness training to make the most fit, fast, flexible, technical, agile and strong karate student.

Ondie is the proprietor of Ondie Woods Total Fitness, started in 1990. Royal Ballet and martial arts trained, Ondie has been teaching for 25 years and training in all aspects of fitness for 42 years. She is a fully qualified Personal Trainer and G.P.Referral instuctor, training all kinds of clients with different injuries and conditions.
