Following a consultation, my programme started. Each week Ondie took me through a combination of exercises to develop my strength, balance, coordination and core stability. Not only did she help me get my strength back but she gave me back my confidence and help me build on my self-esteem. This lady doesn’t take any prisoners, but gets results. Her knowledge and skills are second to none and in my opinion there is no one better!
